Rm600 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the rm600 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm600 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately and not proceed with the registration process.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and rm600 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms is deemed automatic acceptance of the latest published version. rm600 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the current Terms before using the platform.

The rm600 platform is available exclusively to users aged 18 and above. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and are legally eligible to use online entertainment services in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the rm600 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times. This includes your full name, phone number, bank details, and email address. False or incomplete information may result in withdrawal verification delays or temporary account suspension pending identity verification.

Account Security Responsibilities

  • Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
  • Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Notify rm600 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Do not use automated software or methods to access or operate your account.
  • Rm600 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

Rm600 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

All rm600 platform users are required to use the platform's services responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. Any misuse of the platform will be acted upon immediately, including account suspension or closure.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, falsification, or system manipulation.
  • Creating an account using another person's identity or false information.
  • Colluding with other users to abuse platform promotions or bonuses.
  • Using third-party software, bots, or automated scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Transferring funds between different user accounts for money laundering purposes.
  • Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is strictly prohibited under local law.

Rm600 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any user suspected or found to be in violation of the above prohibitions, without prior notice or detailed explanation in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Payments & Transactions

All transactions on the rm600 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rm600 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any applicable exchange rate costs are the sole responsibility of the user.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX (direct bank transfer) and approved digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected method and account verification level. All deposits are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation from the respective financial service provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the rm600 account. rm600 will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or accounts whose ownership cannot be verified. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours on business days, subject to required security verification.

Rm600 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, in order to meet anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Rm600 Liability Limits

Rm600 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical failures, or any other cause beyond rm600's reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Winnings obtained through technical errors, data entry mistakes, or system vulnerabilities are invalid and may be voided by rm600. rm600's decision in such matters is final.

Account Suspension & Closure

Rm600 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: failed identity verification, suspected breach of terms, instructions from relevant authorities, or the user's own request. Where an account is closed at the user's request, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all payment conditions are met. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, rm600 reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the disputed activity while an investigation is conducted.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments

Intellectual Property

All content on the rm600 platform — including logos, graphics, user interface elements, text, icons, animations, domain names, and software code — is the exclusive property of rm600 or licensed to rm600 by the respective rights holders. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, republishing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rm600.

Third-Party Links and Services

The rm600 platform may contain links to payment providers, game software providers, or other third parties that operate independently of rm600. rm600 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.

Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Rm600 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on this page along with the new effective date. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts shall apply.
